GREEK ENERGY POVERTY COMPANY (ELLEF) is a Civil Non-Profit Organization that aims to tackle Fuel Poverty and alleviate energy poverty households.
There is no substitute for energy... it is not "just another commodity", but the prerequisite of all commodities, a basic factor just like air, water and land.
